Berikut ini kami ingin menjelaskan mengenai downtime yang terjadi pada tanggal 28 April 2011, berikut penjelasan dari Provider kami:

"This email is to explain for the downtime encountered on 28th April 2011, 9pm (+8 GMT) for our services.

During this time, the servers are under going data backup to our off-site devices. However during this backup process, there occurs a kernel issue between the OS and our updated backup software, causing some servers to be unstable.

We then performed a reboot but was unable to start the server up. We then rushed down more of our technical support staff to the data centre to troubleshoot the issue.

Finally, we manage to troubleshoot the issue and to start up the server. We updated the kernel and did a system check to ensure all data are correctly calculated. Few reboots was done to ensure the servers function properly and the updated backup software works optimally.

We sincerely apologize for this unforeseen downtime, but will like to assure our customers again that this downtime is one of a kind which we have taken precautions to prevent such cases from happening again. Our servers, network are operating optimally and your data is safe with us."
